1/ Where can I buy tickets?
- By phone or email, reservation required.
- At the Tremblant Activity Centre.
2/ Where do we have to go?
- After you have reserved, we will tell you where and when we will meet you at St-Bernard Place. An Acrobranch operator will then come and guide you to the course. It is essential to be there on time!
3/ What courses are opened this winter?
- 2 courses:
- For the tallest (1.40 m), a 2-hour course will bring them up to the white tree tops!
- For families (5 years old and up, min. 1.05 m), an exclusive course for kids and their parents will surprise them platform after platform. This course lasts 1 hour, and the participants can start it again as much as they want.
4/ I’m coming with young children and I wish to do the Grand Course. Can I leave them alone on the family course?
- On the Family Course, it’s better if a parent accompanies his or her child if it’s the first visit so the child feels more comfident.
- Adults and juniors (1.40 m and up) will go on the adult course while the kids will stay on the course reserved for them, under the watchful eyes of the operators.
- The adult course lasts about 2 hours.
5/ Do I need clothes adapted to the activity?
- YES. Warm and comfortable clothes are needed to let you move freely. Our equipment will suit your clothes, such as our protective gloves.
6/ Can I follow the participants from the ground?
- Yes, an open path follows the courses.
7/ Do operators accompany us on the course?
- NO. When you arrive, we give you the equipment and then you attend a briefing session and practice yourself on the ground (about 10 minutes). Then only you can go on the course. Operators follow the participants along the courses on the path.
8/ Is the Night Course harder?
- NO. The physical demand is the same, but the landmarks are not there anymore and only the headlamps light up the forest and the installations. The psychological challenge is the biggest one!
9/ If I don’t want to finish the Course, do I get my money back?
- NO. Before paying, make sure the activity suits you by asking our staff questions and visiting our installations.
